WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR COURT MARRIAGE

     

     ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS FOR COURT MARRIAGE:-


All people, who in love and want to get marry with their partner, they should must read this blog.
The both persons should not be in a legal marriage with any other person.
Both the person should be mature as the boy should be of twenty one of age and the girl should be of eighteen of age. So both are mature and has right to take a decision related to their life.  
Both people should be healthy physically or mentally, and then they cannot blame anyone for their decision of marriage. It is necessary that both parties should not fall within the degree of prohibited relationship.
Now the main important thing what is the procedure for court marriage. But before it, you should read my previous blog “features did you find in your partner or soulmate” for more knowledge about you decision.

                                           PROCEDURE OF MARRIAGE:-

Now if you are above of your described age, mentally or physically healthy, then the parties have to file a Notice of Intended Marriage with the help of court marriage lawyers in Delhi in the specified form to the Marriage Registrar of the district in which at least one of the parties to the marriage has resided for a period of not less than 30 days immediately preceding the date on which such notice is given.
Then the notice is published by the Registrar of Marriage inviting objections, if any.
After the expiration of 30 days from the date on which notice of intended marriage has been published, the marriage may be solemnized unless it has been objected by any person.
The marriage may be solemnized at the specified Marriage Office.
Both parties are required with three witnesses to be present on the date of registration.
Now when you are completely ready for a court marriage, some of documents were required from both of parties. Here am mentioned those documents. 

      DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR COURT MARRIAGE:-
Application form in the prescribed format with the prescribed fee
1. Passport Size Photographs of Marrying Persons
2. Residential Proof of Marrying Persons.
3. Date of Birth Proof of Marrying Persons.
Residential Proof and PAN Card of Three Witnesses
Death certificate or divorce decrees whichever is applicable, in case one of the parties had any marriages in the past.
Here you can marry with this procedure.
The quickest way to get married is go to any Arya Samaj Mandir and there marry with your partner. But it is compulsory that you have proof of this marriage as for records via photos or videos. If you are marry with your partner in Arya Samaj Mandir, so it does not need your parent’s presence.

According to me, the other quickest mode is to file your papers in the Court which usually takes a month to give you a date for registering your marriage. For getting your marriage done through court procedure, check your area municipal corporation website and you will find all the information on it.
